Shipping policy
All printing and shipping is handled by The Print Space in London. Prints will be shipped worldwide from their UK or Germany studios depending on your location. Customers in UK or EU do not have to pay additional customs charges.
Secure Payment: Card details are never stored and everything is handled through Shopify and is fully encrypted.
Secure Delivery: The prints are shipped in sturdy packaging that withstands all kinds of journeys. If you do receive a damaged print, please contact me directly at maya@mayabeano.com
Shipping Prices and Delivery Time: Orders ship out within 24-48 hours of ordering but can take a couple of weeks to arrive depending on where you are in the world. I've been using The Print Space for a few years now and they're simply fantastic. In recent years, the increasing prices around the world have caused a rise in shipping rates. As of November 2022, the regional shipping rates offered by The Print Space are:
- UK and Germany: £6.45
- Rest of Europe: £10.95
- USA and Canada: £15.50
- Australia and Rest of the World: £25.75
Estimated average delivery times:
- Europe: 3-5 working days
- USA and Canada: 7-9 working days
- Rest of the World: 10-15 working days
